They have not supported employees on pandemic even work was running from home. They only paid basic salary which is only around 20 to 25 percent.

There's no work ethics. No professionalism. They only focus on work,. Not on employees well being.

Only one point is positive - salary comes time to time. Nothing to like in NSSPL. Management very very bad. All decision taken by HR and she is only 10th pass. Job security- management will fire anyone anytime without any notice period. Politics- There are two types group one is old peoples they are favorite of management and second is new people they are very bad people. Salary raise - not regular it will increase once in 2 to 3 years.

Dislikes

...eat more than Rs. 120. No one is happy in the company everyone wants to leave. If anyone will resign he will not get any documents and last month's salary. There is not any system to follow all are working like deshi method. There is not any kind of professional working culture. If you get offer from NSSPL please think 110 times once you joine you can not do anything.. Don't believe on Google map or youtube review all reviews are fake..It's all are written by admin person from workers phone.

Management style is superb. Give you responsibility as per your level, So you can develop your skills in effective manner. They understand your feelings, requirements and capability. Overall amazing staratagy use for individuals develoent.

Sometimes you feel strict behavior, slow growth. But you will grow definately.

worst company ever.. no growth..no increment ..no job security.. they can fire any person.. any time..any day.. and head of dept of all dept is dump..they will not help you in any condition.
