Promotions was good, If they feel you are very talented, they provide better position.

though they provide a better position, the compensation or salary benefits are very less The people aren't treated equally in the factory premises. There is always partiality

Poor salary, worst increment Worst food - The food that they serving here is very worst in quality and taste and there is separate food for employees and management staffs. You will not get your full salary for 5 months, they will deduct upto 2000 rs for 3 months and 1300 for 1 month for some stupid polices. No benefits for employees like no bonus and all. Lots of politics. Even this company experience is not worth for your career growth, no one will consider this as experience. One of the worst thing is Notice Period, even if you ask to reduce it they will not, you have to serve the entire Notice Period (3 months). This is major drawback for us to search another job.

Salary hike and apprsisal is not up to the mark. The welfare of the employees is always the last priority. Office politics rules over integrity and ethics. Training of employees does not extend to all levels but is limited to those who are favourite to the boss.

Factory Management is totally the worst!!! and that too more non-qualified people are there in Factory management. Factory don't need engineers or graduates to run the process.. They need only a security officer to run all the processes...
