... just 4 member staff including ceo, everyone reports to ceo. Only Sunday is off. No work most of the days still you have to seat till 8pm, no work from home allowed, job security is big concern, no salary hike, salary credits on 7th of every month. No leaves allowed for 1st 1year, even in emergency if you mark leave they deduct Salary. Salary slip is given on 10th of every month that to hardcopy they don't provide soft copy. Don't recommend this company - you be jobless for sometime and find out some other opportunity but don't join here.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
