there is no career growth.they wont provide salary correctly.i have salary pending for 6 months .its been 1 year i left the company still i didnt get my salary.

Salary pending for nearly 5 months.No company development no hike for workers.All old machines not buying spare parts for 20years old machines.many dislike bad work life balance due to salary issues.no growth

I got a better idea about semiconductors, type of integrated circuits, customer satisfaction, quality of products. Maintain the clean environment, floor temperature, workers safety, hard work from my superiors and team mates. Then how to use the proper raw materials, spares for machines, tools also i learned. Training and experience is the best lesson for all the humans. I learned also from there.

Good one for freshers only upto 1 to 2 years.

Dislikes

They won't treat employees in a good manner. They won't give your pending salaries after your resignation from job. PF and ESI forgery. One of most horrible was they won't give any Financial benefits even after the employee is deceased.
