I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The company has good policies for employees. People are average, leadership teams are more self centred rather than people centric.

Dislikes

No much of learning, you have to be in a monotonous working structure. No appreciation, what so ever you do. Only some people gets highlighted, only the one's good with managers.

Very corporate office but better than 95% of them. Can't call it a cool office, but well designed, well lit up, clean and professional. Decent cafe space, meeting rooms, facilities. Cab service.

Top management. Apart from a couple, everyone else feels disjoint, no real presence and connect with the employees, perform like ICs. All CEOs are weird. They've got something different from the herd, that's why they reach that level. This one seems top notch when it comes to work but on aspects other than work - he's too weird a person! Weird activities in the name of employee bonding.
