...portunity to grow and learn. I am into Canada Immigration consultation division. Incentives are good and they pay salaries on time. I think it was a good decision of mine to join this organisation and I am earning better than before.

I think a little politics sometimes but I can handle that and it’s almost everywhere. I can be wise and avoid that.

...how the owners, brother and sister, Rajiv and Meenu Arora treat their employees. They think they give us salary so they have right to exploit us 24*7.

...e wants. Be it 11 pm or 7 am. And she expects us to work in the same manner. 3. They cut our salary 50% and told us will give later on. But here they are buying properties, cars, roaming Canada/Dubai. But don't have money to pay our dues. Enjoying their vacations on our hard earned money. SHAME. 4. They pay online websites to right articles about them lol and pay celebrities to give them Fake awards

...sparent. There is a huge cafeteria for having breakfasts, lunch and evening tea. Company policies are really good, appraisals, good salary hike and incentives are always there to give to their employees.

Nothing really to be liked about the company. They are giving just half the salary with no information on if arrears will ever be paid. No information either with respect to when they will start paying the full salary. Overall, they are using COVID-19 as an excuse to save money on people's salaries.

Dislikes

Totally money minded people as you can tell, how immigration consultants are. No focus on employee satisfaction, no formal HR department. Virtually a one-man show being run by a person who isn't even sure of his designation in the company (Managing Director sometimes while Director the other). Handful of people constantly try to please him. The guy can't stick to plan. Today he makes a plan and then midway comes up with a new plan. Totally directionless people with a fickle minded person handling it all.
