...nt working is bad for their contract besis employee. Not supporting in covid-19.and not give salary during lockdown. In lockdown management terminate to all contract besis employee which is working from 7 years.

There is a lot of politics and the management not address our issues. Management is not supporting us during covid- 19.

I personally learnt a lot from this PSU company. Government has plan to disinvest or close Loss making PSU. Any time this company may come to closure.

Dislikes

No promotion is possible due to its loss making PSU status. No perks like other Maharatna, Navratna and Mini Ratna.

Job security is very bad. No safety electrical engineer is vey localess and not clear person. Not order in work.bad person un normal person Timeing office not clear. My working experience certificate not give timing office. I applied 4 month.

There is no promotion and one big thing is that the company is in high losses. The company has not funds to give their employees's salaries. The permanent officials does not corporate with temporary staffs.

I feel proud to completed my entire service in N.T.C. Ltd. Coimbatore, Southern Regional office. The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team to implement modernization and built completely new mills with latest technology and high quality products and provide employment to future generations. I get to travel all Southern Regional mills .

Dislikes

Carrier growth is slow. The work pressure is high. I was received appreciation but unnoticed.
