Salary structure &rules regulations they should be strict towards there employees they treating like govt sector .Training criteria &all should be well organised .

I learned the advance automation is used on CCL. Which helped me to improve my knowledge towards to my field.

There is nothing to dislike about that company. I just need to hike my sellery because the company didn't give sellery increment from last 4 years.

It's working culture is very happier,inspiring./team work/down to earth management. Our Resident is very near approx.5 min walk. So we are always available for breakdown or problems late night.

Dislikes

Company financial condition is very poor. Bank defaulted. so for this reason we 300 above people had evicted from job.

No increment from two years. They r talking truth at time of interview. Told me they will me give furnished flat they have given empty flat. I left company because i got better option. But in NSAIL very bad experience of 3 years.

No life. 24 hrs tension of job.

The company provide open atmosphere to the employees. Company also provide best facilities, and also provide safety. I also like policy of the company.

Growth rate is vary slow as compare to other company. but there was no problem with organization
