New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. National Security Company is under the Baterjee Group of Companies before that deals with Security System, Fire Alarm System installation, manpower supply to Kung Saud University and King Abdulaziz University. We are responsible for the manpower supply and designated to their respective areas of responsibilities. The Company give us the responsibilities to run manpower supply and see to it the the company meet the quality and standards of the clients. It give us the benefit of the doubt that the management is supporting us in our style of managing the Security workforce.
