It was good experience working with nsdl with all team in production support executive working on oracle, sql server dba , unix technology. Working with tcs , qk and development team and coordination was good. 3.6 years there was not much so workload, but after pendemic in year 2020 feb the workload got increased too much and only issues with support i.e resolving tickets was there with more working hours till eod starts of central. As the job is secured fully but no hike and growth for third party, same is for nsdl employees. If you get opportunity to come in nsdl then check with terms conditions ,growth ,hike and then join in nsdl depository project . As i was working in nsdl depository project you get too know flow of project with little bit business logic too, seniors and rest testing and development team was very helpful in solving issues and doubts.. all the best to nsdl and thanks to them for providing opportunity to work.

No salary hike much, working late hours and mostly no recruiting candidates for handling workload.

There is less work load, staff is helpfull..managers have a welcoming nature.

...is based on 3rd party pay roll named as pinnacle infotech and they are theives..faced lots of issue in getting the salary properly paid on time and there is no growth no increment no promotion...

The only good part of working at NSDL is job security

...s bad. There is huge amount of dirty politics and unrealistic target deadlines . Also this company provides salary hike based on performance rating which is very low even for an A grade performer which is 8% increment on basic salary. Saturday/ Sunday is holiday but still they call on Saturday based on work .Learning curve is zero as development is majorly handled by TCS vendor

NSDL gives an average package but there is a lot to learn.

Higher management never consider efforts of the people below them. There is very less growth and appraisal process is like you get rating which has no relation to your work.
