Salary is very low. And there is no career establish. There is a bond of 1 year which is earlier finished sometimes.

This is a central government department. This department works many kind of serveys like urban frame servey, socio economic servey, educational and health serveys. I do work for socio economic servey, this servey is related to the service industries , trading industries, manufacturing industries . I am happy that I am a part of government body. My team leader is very good person and really I learn more things in this department.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but growth is very slow. Normal work load, I have to work 8 hours only. I have arrange meetings to company directors and finance managers. And do the paper work. And finally done his work.

Well it was really good experience to work with nsso it has imporved my learning skills and communications skills.

Dislikes

There is only one thing that i dont like about it that they pay less salary they should work on this.

In the nsso no job security and Salary isse any time remove your job

Because of that not security of your job also issue of salary when you explain the money in the month after then 3 month you will be return the bills

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lost of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
