Very good working environment and supportive seniors but salary increment as per experience does not look great. Good for fresher on this salary structure but for experience person there is no scope in terms of Designation and perks. Any way but overall experience with company are good.

Less Salary, promotion compare to other PSU in this categories.

1. Staff behaviour is very good. 2. Senior staff and junior staff work support.

1. The eating habits were not good. 2. Location is very dangerous. 3. It was very difficult to get work done among the Nagas.

Likes

One have to work as a client engineer and the main job role is to inspect the work being done by the vendors. One who Want to prepare for further other exams might utilize this as a platform of making his/her career bright while working with any firm and not being unemployed.

Dislikes

Bare chances of Promotions (0.1 percent) Minor increment of 500 INR per year as a site engineer. Medical allowance of only 1250 INR monthly No job security No insurance of health No fringe benefits for family members, not even for Sprouse

Likes

It's a central PSU, came across various projects of MHA and other central bodies. Encountered various situations with clients and contractors which was a one time experience. Very supportive mentors and HR. Anyone can learn from basics which is very very useful in life. Great corporate building.

Dislikes

No centralisation of accounts. Since it deals with PMCand not construction, the frequency of transactions goes very low. Hence not much exposures. Parent less child it is. Not that much work force available and those who are available are very good but not getting support from senior management.
