Work life culture is not balanced, aparece carrier growth. Salary is very low More work load , running their product which is trilloin txns per year with just 1000 emoloyees.. There are some politics going there. Unstructured work life. No compensation for late hour working. Not a friendly environment.. Bosses push us to work more

...essary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. Being a semi government company the compensation policy is worst than private companies. Everyday office. Less public holidays. No Diwali / Birthdays gifts. Stagnant growth due to appraisal on the bell curve system. They expect team work and smooth coordination along with bell curve. Poor management.
