very difficult to get promotions. Only connected people of management get parmoted regardless of their educational and experience.top management don't have technical knowledge so they don't understand importance of blue collor employees

Appraisals are absolutely neglected. Rare promotions as very limited hierarchy is there. People are working for years on the same position / designation. No involvement of HR in any of these things and lack of policies.

It's a OEM company who manufactures drilling equipments. It has a good company culture and meets to the standards of a multinational comapany

Robotics Systems: The robotics team utilizes the Robot Operating System (ROS), which is experimental and was initially developed as an educational tool. The team refuses to use the built-in functions of the robot controllers, resulting in none of the deployed systems being 100% operational or stable. The system developed by NOV is still in its early stages and requires 2-5 years of significant redevelopment to be successful. Despite this, systems are being deployed in the field, necessitating engineers and field service personnel to address known issues on-site.

Only you can expect Job Security. Other than this even after 10 years No Salary increase or No Promotions. unless you have your Friend, Relative or friendly manager in Higher position. Some people good for nothing with high salary and have couple of promotions. i know some people salary, A Engineer gets 11000dhs and some 27000dhs. And here Nationality also matters, if you are asian you get less, and if you are from UK, US, or Lebanon then you get more salary.

...care them and work done. In this procedure some people enjoy some people cry. No fun just come office work and go home, take Monthly salary. Thats it. There are no activities, no get together, no parties, no bonus. if you want to change other Nov Division they wont allow. Just for namesake Nov Hub is there. But no use. Allways their manager should approve everything. HR department is for name sake. Salary wont improve at all. After 3 years they may give 300dhs to 700 dhs max (3 to 8% Max in 3 to 4 yeras on only basic. Not on full salary). Even allowance like education, air allowance, HRA allmost 12 years old never changed.
