...d work environment and culture teammates are not supporting and the management. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they give monthly salary but, no bonus and inceriment from 6 years.

There is a lot of issues and management dosen't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slo.

I have been working for 5years in this industry 2years work better and then 3 years, but iam grateful for the fact that we have never been able to get out of the industry, thanks to this industry

Good benifits, better salary as compared to there companies.

very difficult to get promotions. Only connected people of management get parmoted regardless of their educational and experience.top management don't have technical knowledge so they don't understand importance of blue collor employees

Work life balance and freedom to do your work. Very transparent culture. Good salary ranges while joining.

Dislikes

Appraisals are absolutely neglected. Rare promotions as very limited hierarchy is there. People are working for years on the same position / designation. No involvement of HR in any of these things and lack of policies.

It's a OEM company who manufactures drilling equipments. It has a good company culture and meets to the standards of a multinational comapany

Dislikes

Salary and benefits provides are less compared to the competitors.
