They have a set of systems which will work for fresher teachers

Dislikes

They dont give appointment letter, relieving letter, experience letter, salary slip, nothing They treat teachers very bad A lot of politics inside the school No peace of mind while working

All will be treated equally. Even the corres will makes you to feel like you are some one equal to u.

Dislikes

You cant balance your work-life balance. So systematic makes you feel tried all the time. Always will be some urge to rush out of the school.
