I liked the work environment. You can learn and improve your career and all faculty and staffs are very helpful and always available to help you.

Salary structure of contractual faculty is very low. It must be at least 85000 per months for Assistant Professor (Ph.D. degree holder).

No increment / raise in salary is given since 6 years. Where as according to law, once an employee completes 5 years service tenure he/she should be regularised or atleast given increment

Here they will force you do the labour work, like moving pc cpu table chair although these works are not supposed to done by us. Also for the project you were hired you have to do the work for that project as well as you have to do the work for other projects as well for which you will not get paid. Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be holiday but still they will call you to come and told you to do the electrical wiring or set the network for a building. You will most probably forget for what they hired you, you will do most nonsense work rather then actual work. Stipend never comes in time and also forget about the higher education because they will not let you enroll in regular, you can only enroll in part time. So be careful when you will try to join.
