None. If you piss off your guide/employer, they will ruin your career. After 3 ,years mine has denied salary of 4 months, denied experience certificate. Now prepping for legal case. Kindly do not get into someone of outside your region, forget your family wellness.

NIMHANS is a institute of national importance, under the ministry of health, Govt.of India. Its a well reputed institute in whole of Asia, for its excellence in nuero sciences and research. As far as my job profile is concerned I worked as 'Office Administrator' for a project funded by a foreign agency and since it was my first job I was paid a decent salary of 15,000/- to be a job seeker who likes to work in a govt setup and maintain his personal life is cool if you're in an project and it depends if you're a permanent employee than things would turn the table which I am not aware of.

As far as a project staff is concerned i was happy with the team and everything. As I was a civil service aspirant and wanted to earn my living in a civil service job I just moved on. A wonderful experience at NIMHANS

Am not having any issues because any how am working on contact basis I should follow rules and regulations with this institution only I feel regret I should leave Nimhans when my contract will be over
