Tempered staff is low salary and very hard work but no respect, very cheep and bad maintaince in admin department, tempered stuff and dailywages staff no respect in admin.

Only the location of the institute and nothing else

Work culture is very negative in NID jorhat, Assam. No work and personal life balance for the warden position. I had to work 24×7. No off days, no holidays, nothing! My health got bad. No job security and worse admin management. I had to go out even in the middle of night, be it 12 a.m. or 3 a.m. I always had to be on duty. No sleep routine, no personal time. I was not even permited to go and meet my family being in the same town with just 5/6 kms distance. Really not a good position to work at.

I want to strength my skills, learn in a big institute with more opportunity and with great ease of work. job security work culture and growth environment makes it a great place to learn.

No problem. I am totally satisfied withy job here.

I find National Institute of Design as one of the apex organization where sky is the limit for growth opportunities. I hope this one sentence is sufficient to express my opinion.

Nothing special to mention. After all we are all human beings and I don't find any adverse culture which shall affect our career and it is always YOU, the person who is responsible to your own views.

It is such a wonderful experience working with National institute of design. NID is open to innovation and gave many opportunities to learn new things. I love the fact that I am a part of NID.
