...ntractual position, there is no career growth....either in terms of promotion...salary ..other benefits...only consolidated salary is there..In house training is given ...hardly any external trainings provided.... As for as job security is concerned...renewal policy is there every year...thats depends on performance..no such job security on contractual job..team mates are good...supportive..5 day work primarily...somehow...needs to come on weekends...thats depends on work loads...and planning....

It is an only Institute of one it's own kind in India for testing of Biologicals. For fresher's it is very good place to start your career. Work environment culture is awesome.

Firstly currently the company works beaurocraticlly ignoring talent and initiative of each individual. I had qualified CSIR NET AIR 23 but still was given to the nonsense job of checking ph of water, even though I could hv used the knowledge to innovate new protocols ,equipments etc however a little change in administration would make it a better company

Work culture is good. However, it varies from lab to lab

Dislikes

Work is not stick to time. Life becomes monotonous in the lab coz you don't have anything else to do and you stay in lab for longer time than you require.
