Nif is an place where I got to know many hidden skills within me it lifted me up with good communication with many Innovators(clients) and also travelled a lot to find them. Each and every day was a challenge to come up with new innovation and ideas which made me to grab knowledge from many resources.

I wasn't satisfied with my salary and the management didn't value the strength of individuals.

Worst Organization to Join ..No Goal of Management .HR policies seems in system but they are just puppets .Complete System is runing by 2-3 Old people and they always engage in politics to give negative feedback to MD against new joinee and MD is too much biased to them that he will take Decision of firing without listening ....Worst even Worst ......Don't Join this Company
