Our TD is very helpful . Technology exposers are there our TD always encourage me to do new thing. I got good work culture and skilled couligue. Also Our TD celebreted birthday, conduct skill trainning classes, also we participated in games like cricket these kind of stuffs increase employee productivity.

Dislikes

1) As I was a NICSI employee and its on contract job so salary structure is very poor although we can get more salary in private company than NIC Nicsi employee. 2) Job is on work-order basis so related department always delay the payment and it could be delay up to 2 to 8 months also so it mentaly disturb the employee sometime so definatly this is the area where NIC and department need to work together.

Everything is average. Its your luck, you may get good team leader or may not. You may get good employees under you or not. But colleagues help each other. You can go out to get fresh or can have a cup of tea.

Dislikes

...t of the programmers and engineers are contractual workers. So, no job security. Once workorder expires, it takes time to renew that, so employees had to work without salary, its another thing that they get whole salary for together after renew. Otherwise everything is good.

Salary is pretty consistent and gradually we have to look out for new job with more salary and different opportunities with the skills and experience retrieved here.

NIC it is an best organization in India and more than 250 employees are working in NIC. It is the best place for working in India. Also we can gain lot of knowledge from our senior employees. All are very kind and friendly working employees but I missed the organisation due to a small wound on my leg.

Dislikes

There is no dislikes for NIC but salary sometimes may be getting delayed due to some network problem.

...ience & good environment to explore our career which is a best thing to myself. There job security as per my opinion that's overall best but eventually salary package doesn't goes well because of that I have to quit this. There is no any kind of travel only noc based work.
