Everything is average. Its your luck, you may get good team leader or may not. You may get good employees under you or not. But colleagues help each other. You can go out to get fresh or can have a cup of tea.

Dislikes

Most of the programmers and engineers are contractual workers. So, no job security. Once workorder expires, it takes time to renew that, so employees had to work without salary, its another thing that they get whole salary for together after renew. Otherwise everything is good.

The company is a very good place for a fresher, where one can get a strong basic knowledge. Working enviroment is good. Work-life balance will be on a good node. Work pressure is managable. Overall a good company to start your career.

Team enviroment is decent, and career growth is slow. Travelling abroad is next to impossible. No value of juniors strength and view. No appreciation for your work. and also there is no on-job training for freshers. You have to learn it by yourself. Overall a good company to start your career but not that great for career growth.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire software, starting from client requirement to maintainance. Which adds a good sight to your strength. Overall its 50% intresting and 50% boring.
