... Only benifit is u get lots of holiday as per state government holiday calendar. But there is no leave with pay in this company.

It is good for freshers to work, but only for maximum 1 Year. Some managers are helpful and motivating people, very few we can say.

...s and demand to complete work, I mean how is it possible. Unnecessary pressure. Salary gets delayed some times. Need to learn most of the things on our own, without proper knowledge transfer. Salary and career growth is very slow. If you take it positively, then you will get exposure to work on all the stages of software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to designing, development, testing, hosting and error solving. I will suggest not to wait more than a year, because latest technology are NOT used here, you will be stuck with traditional methods.

This is govt contractual job. So you get all the State Govt. holidays .

Dislikes

Salary structure as well as there is no fixed date to get the salary and also the increment is only 900/- per year. And job security is terrible.
