Likes

The company enjoyed strong leadership in the years leading up to July 2023, particularly from its key figures. The most significant growth occurred between 2016 and 2022, during which effective work principles were established by the management. A harmonious trust developed among employees, management, and colleagues, with family support being both recognized and valued. Work and development flourished until July 2023, with a strong emphasis on learning. The exemplary policies implemented in 2015-16 continued to be effective through 2022.

Dislikes

After July 2023, key leadership changes did not bring significant new insights, instead underscoring the efforts made prior to that time and the momentum already established. The existing policies were detrimental, reflecting a lack of vision from top management. Layoffs occurred due to perceived redundancies, with insufficient focus on enhancing management skills. There were instances of rule-breaking by management, and executive heads often circumvented regulations, making impulsive and reckless decisions. This trajectory could ultimately lead to serious consequences for the company.

In my 14 years of carrier I have never been work such a pathetic office and work culture. Entire office is a political hub except work. Technical department is like a dumb department. Technical heads are most incompetent in terms of knowledge, teamwork, project management etc. In entire office no hierarchy maintained except top level. The mind of the employees is that they are senior because they are old employees irrespective of designation. I am not suggesting any one for this organization.
