No job security like your job is hanging by a thread. You can't think about your future in this job, even your presence in danger, because the pay is very poor. Bosses are often blaming ordinary employees for their negligence. a lot of work pressure but never got credit.

There should be:- 1. all trainings like that of ANM 2.job security 3.more pay as they have much work even they do work of ANM's & MPHW.

Less salary of ASHA workers as compare to work. No Maternity leave for ASHA workers Should be attendence system for ASHA's

National health mission is rural development health awareness programme provided and I also part of nhm and 9years experience is very well

National health mission policy is contract system and can't increase salary benifit

Bad infrastructure at the peripheral hospital.Short staffed in most of them.No special benefits to the employees.Almost all are underpaid.
