TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT!!! Senior teachers who do not have the knowledge, skill or will to do better, will continuously put you into trouble, humiliate you and threaten you in every possible way. Management and Administration is no good. Our previous Principal, who is now the Director says, "I am not at the receiver's end!", every time you go to her with a problem. My question is that if she is not at the receiver's end, then who is? Almost every teacher, except the very senior ones are in fear of losing their job any moment. That's why some teacher's join different lobbies so that they are safe and in turn they end up plotting against the rest. There's no skill development, no intellectual discussion and not even subject related discussion. Teacher's only gossip and eat. Most teachers are not skilled or knowledgeable enough and so they know that they can't get another job so they lead their life licking Management's feet and terrorising the junior teachers. Academic standard is so below average and teacher's are not interested in improving the same because then they will have to work hard! They are so jealous of junior teacher's qualifications and skills and insecure about their own, that they keep playing dirty politics, to eliminate good teacher's so that their abilities are not questioned and they don't have a competition. Every moment employees are scared of losing their job so most of them keep their mouths shut. Every single day you'll go through so much mental torture that you'll feel that living in hell would be better.

Horrible experience I ever had..Too much politics and every day You will feel scare that anytime the secretary of the school may call and say you not to come from the next day and blaming you for something which you never did...Terrible place..This is not only my opinion...Whoever left the place you may ask anyone...But whoever working over there they will it's a good place due to the fear to losing the job...I'll recommend none of you to work over there...Thank you....
