It was a good learning experience

Dislikes

No work culture or work ethics and a very toxic work environment. Some of the staff members have no basic etiquettes' to behave in office and are like uneducated, street urchins (sadak chaap). They openly abuse the senior managers on the office floor with no action taken, whatsoever, against them. Personal comments and offensive remarks are generally passed by such unruly elements. There is an absolute lack of dignity and respect for people and gross indiscipline and insubordination by some of the junior staff. People who are totally unfit to continue in the organization and who should be kicked out immediately have been made to linger on for years, spoiling the work atmosphere. No interest or efforts by the management to foster office decorum and discipline.

Likes

Got to learn and experience managing work single handedly. Dealing in work pressure ,end to end execution of the tasks.

Dislikes

Not very employee friendly, inconsiderate due to lack of manpower. No incentives and incremental policy.
