There are two type of classification in whole work group that is favourable candidate and unfavorable candidate. The staff doesn't address unfavorable candidate issues and olny favourable candidates are selected to lakshadweep survey.

Not at all supportive. Employees were forced to join office even when work can be done from home. Few employees were revoked. No salary if no physical presence. Work from home doesn't matter.

Project coordinator didn't value an individuals uniqe strength they just focus on girls and the project should be lenghty and permenant I did this project only 6 month and the project is over and they didn't worry about about carrer which is very bad
