Don't like anything. Most horrible place to work. Toxic culture. Useless scientists with high ego and poor knowledge. All corrupt. All employed with fixing only. No good person comes to NEERI.

Dislikes

Only dislikes and dislikes. Nothing good. No one wants to work. Only facade of knowledge. Spoils your career. Any idea/r&d product developed by you will be stolen by the scientists and you'll be left with peanuts.

Likes

The working environment is good and provides us platform to do much from their extent. No limitations for performing practical. And the security was so good as well. I really want to go in future if i will got opportunity to work further.

Dislikes

The climate was so hot, is the only thing from which we have to compromise. Otherwise I liked the institute every much.

My work experience is excellent.But job security for contractual employee is not good.After 5 years no source of job there.

Job security is not there.After 5 year no option career in CSIR-NEERI for assistant assistant.

pathetic culture....institute talks about research in environment and engineering streams...however, there is scope only for thee engineers. lot of regional politics and Domination of people from UP & Bihar. Pathetic mindsets and poor work ethics.

i so much like like team work at the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency and i like the way we have been treated from our Director general I so much love going to training and i like research work at the Agency.

i dislike when wanted to send assignment to field office i will discover network failure
