-if you are well settled in your current company please dont go for some extra hike you will work there more than 2-3 years in same salary. -Salary hike at the time of joining only -no educational background required only references can works -always vacancy available . -good for freshers & unemployment people -poor interview criteria no one has interview skills. -zero accountability no one is interfering what are you doing -unskilled uneducated people on main main position on respective departments even they don’t have an idea about production also. -you position is not valid once you select they will allocate you as per there requirements.

Dislikes

-never seen worst management ever. -zero documentation (like nothing provide joining letter,salary slips,increment letter if done ,experience letter) -salary delays by more than 2 months -didn’t get company name on bank statements whenever salary credits -zero safty on shop floor -12 hrs /10 hrs duty time partiality as per there changing rules. -too much partiality,zero transparency -job insecurities

Company is big have 2 branch but both of them

Company is derived by single owner people in this company spread false information about other employees this is the reason that every month 10-15 employees loose their job, and people who work with all their effort is not respected and get more work and keep insulted all the time and they remove employees without any warning when they loose purchase order

senior supervisor and manager totally wrong this is not good this is not right for the company or these people don't have the taste to talk, they talk wrongly

Senior management people gives maa bahen ki gaali in front of anyone. No dignity everyone is treated like a slave If you came in morning u will be in a fear that today u will be fired. It doesn't matter on which post you are. Monopoly is getting run by 5 people who doesn't want transparency in the system neither they can see anyone growing

Nothing like to say, this is the worst company

Organization is not bothered of it's commitment towards employees, director is not having any kind of manners, directly starts using Unparliamentary language in front of all, doesn't have any character too
