It's been good experience and culture we're good but there is no salary hike and no promotion since 2 years.

I like that I learn a lot and I dislike that I m not promoted since 2 years and no salary hike also.

Likes

It is a prestigious organisation that provide extensive research and development in field of education and allied sectors. So, anyone looking for having an experience working in a research project under a supervisor can join. The work environment is also very encouraging and positive.

Dislikes

There is no timely dispersal of salary and the organisation does not provide any assurance of a permanent job there.

Dislikes

Dislike of NCERT working govt employees very lazy not timely salary for contractual staff. Management are very lazy and not working properly. Admin management very poor.

NCVRT always appreciate their employees and they always keep teaching them without any doubt so we can learn everyday something new and last all are very polite and supportive

There is no security of future

NCERT is big ground for education. There many opportunity for carrier and new invention. I am always learning something new experience in my work and very friendly nature with all employees. The best thing about this is that always appreciate and pushing.

Dislikes

The main problem is there contractual employee are not retain for more than 3 years and the contract duration is also less then a month.
