Management they will do politics no scope of time to learn new things Work balance is not good within 3 months they will ask us to perform no of multiple activities No proper Sops maintained for the process and time management Leave culture is not good and need to work on festivals as well.

Very challenging, Total new experience for me. I have learn to clam myself in difficult situation. From MD Mr. Bimal Bajoria sir I learn lot of things. For his tremendous experience in logistics he managed to keep monitoring to all the department at one time. His focus and dedication towards work is on a peak and perfection.

Dislikes

The only thing the company must work on infrastructure of the office. Though office ambience is great but lights are disturbing.

Nothing in this organisation is worth liking, if someone wants to waste time and not focused on their career can join here. You are not treated like employee, they have no respect. There is no job security, salaries are always late plus with lots of cutting.

*Company Start with single person (Boss) 1972 now companies multi branches with 100 staff over all India . Medical and PF Facility , we celebrate all festivals , celebrate Party's and Picnic with Birthday's and other. Every Saturday Snacks (Nasta) For all Staffs.
