...y even created an issue for my documents when I have completed my notice period. Initially they told me they will give everything with my salary within a week but they dragged it to 2 months. And they also promised me they will raise my salary after 3 months which never happened after speaking with the CEO and his Son. Nathani is a jail, you're not allowed to go anywhere even for lunch. People are lifeless, it's my humble request please don't join nathani. And if you think you will get to learn trust me you won't! you will get only depression.

Nothing, worst Company to join. The firm culture is negative and toxic. There is no motivation for work and New employees are already stressed out. everybody there is looking for another job.

...Policy and it changes according to the whims and fancies of the management. The salary is low as per industry standard thus no guarantee of variable pay. 5)The name sake HR and other senior employees (Komal, Zahra and their chamchas) are very mean to new joiners, they talk behind them regarding their dress, body, work, relation etc. And they make a big issue for office and lunch timing when they do not follow the same. 6)They make new employees to ask their daily task everyday and they make them feel very low. Also they harass the new employees and burden them with all their work. How best you perform they will purposely target you. 7)And there is another employee name prakash who just sit and play in his mobile. his job is to gossip and make unwanted comments of the new employees also provokes Hod about the new employees. 8)HOD and his son has the worst behavior, they only listens to Komal, Zahra and so called HR. and they have so much ego and they think every one is their slave. 9)While in my notice period i had a medical issue, so i took leaves and ready to extend my notice period. but without informing they removed me from the office group, when i asked them the HOD son Suhail said: i am not liking, that your are asking me. (its common sense he is the manager). 10)And Because of some misunderstanding they didn't gave me my documents and they delayed salary for more than 2 months which is completely unethical. Its my humble request to you guys if you want a peaceful life then don't even think of coming to this office by mistake or else you will end up living hellish life every day.

Everything, you won't be able to balance your personal and work life at all. The company is very small, rules and the people are very bad. Their is one lady in her 30's, she is very cunning and she brain wash every people who work there. And new joinee should be under her or she will plan to remove them.(office politics is worst in Nathani) No job security.
