Overall this company is good and nice work culture. Not much work pressure. But the work site is very remote in the desert surroundings. No nearby city. No shopping outlets. No weekend entertainments.

Poor safety culture, blaming culture, vacation issues , late salaries, in adequate accomodation and low quality food, excessive work load, money settlement issues, sub standard management, too much restrictions, too much partiality
