Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

One can waste his energy with this employer. No humanity at Higher ManagementLevel.

Dislikes

Top Management treat labourers like animals. They don’t pay benefits and other dues as per Saudi labour law. They serve very poor quality food to employees. They pay bribe.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, apprasals are fair and thy give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...hold until emp iqmma End .most of people suffer during going exit from company Salary worker 700 to 1100 sar with OT Staff 2200 to 3000 sar not OT Kerala staff 3500 to 6000 ,5to 10 year working under nsh .

Dislikes

Mean reason is salary and management behavior we don’t have freedom to work. in agreement 10 hour per day but we are working 13 to 15 hour without overtime especially staff And any emergency conditions in home there never send to India we arrange two nominees with our own flight ticket . And our Indian Embassy also weak .we never get support from Indian Embassy and Saudi police .

It has been a good experience working with this organisation. In my opinion Company offers a strong job security in any condition . Present crucial situation - covid 19, I been holding a valid visa to Bahrain and eagerly waiting for a reply from my company to join my team.

In my opinion compared to other company’s.. Nsh offers low package - monthly salary for the employees. Other than company is good in holding and maintaining high standards.

The company and jobs related are okey.

Dislikes

But the only problem is the management. Like for example I am a fix salary here and they force me to work over my agreement which is my contract. And not only that during the bad weather conditions,the management want to work on friday to pay as normal day..
