New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nasser Global Links is a multi cultural company. Allows their employees to take part in their corresponding cultural festivals. Talking about working, company has got large number of countries for exporting their products. Company is open to export any product hence it has got vast range of products. Being a QA QC Executive, I have to relocate to different places around India every year. Company provides good support for relocation and allows family to stay with employees. Appraisal and increment is good.

Work life balance is not good. Growth is not an option. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes have to work for 12-13 hours straight per day continuously for 1 month that too without weakly leave. Company don't understand the difference between traveling job and relocating job.
