...nt discipline training.Honest and hard working people were treated with degniyy.Every year salary was reviewed on the basis of KPI and rewarded according the performance.Frequent travelling to other countries based on project requirements was organised.Internal politics was bearable and not affected me as per my behaviour with the pears.I was sent to Itali for PED certification.Over all balance in the company environment was good.

Dislikes

Though over all atmosphere was encouraging enough working hands were not provided.Sports activity were not enough due to production targets.Deputation to seminars was very much controlled.Safety and health requirements were too stringent.Job loading was more than company capacity and expectation was very high.All these e Lements were complimentory to company growth.
