I am woking in stage 2 having 3 units, all 3 are capacity of 210mw, status is running from april 1979, july 1980, january 1981. I am br mechanical so i like work in this plant. I am tranee engineer to part of team in turbine maintance. I got to huge knolowldge in this section. Basically turbine has russian designed. Plus point it has to releted my branch so i also like to work in plant. Interest to working in section. I work with team on the regulating, filtering, overalling, lubricating , sealing system, maintaining auxillary of turbine.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
