Team work is very less,Upgradation in skill set is not possible due to lac of Training,Job security is a plus point of the company, No appraisal is conducted, work environment is ok, freedom is given to all managers to do there respective jobs properly.Innovation in existing work is appricated.I, do traveling only in India either to attend Customer complaints or to visits suppliers.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with the industries, growth is very slow,but work pressure compare to other industries is less.I always try to give my best but they mostly go unnoticed. My customers always appricate my knowledge & experience, but top management unnotice the same & tells me that it's your job & your are hired for the same.
