company has good work life balance. high shift allowances which will compensate low bonus. proper hierarchy is there. one of the best incident management system i see if compare to other companies.

People, job role, compensation, low quality of vendors hired eg Cognizant vendors are.low quality. Men do not know how to behave. They misbehave with female employees who stand up against harrasment.

People on QA side are good and helpful. Office events are nice.

Too much micro management, seniors are not helpful, if they are part of company for more than 7-8 years they think they own the place and shout at juniors for small mistakes .no concept of KT in the team. too much bad office politics.

As company it is good place to work, good environment and HR and other resourcing teams have very good response, having good pay and other allowances as well, have some flexibility as well based on some typical situations.

Dislikes

Weekend on-call is horrible working generally working more than 15 hours a day for every on-call , Team is playing many politics and not sharing proper knowledge as well as part of the KT sessions, micro management with manager and also finding some grammatical mistakes in mails and reply back with big mail, you will loose the confidence to work with this kind of teammates and manager, senior resources are not at all helping at least initial days in database team very hard to manage initial days and especially over weekend
