... It's rarely cleaned and is very dirty. There's often a long queue to use it. 3. Salary Deductions: A percentage of the monthly salary is deducted over a period of 6, 9, or 12 months, and this amount is not refunded if an employee leaves. Former employees often come back to the office to demand their deducted salary, but the management doesn't care. I have seen them crying for their salary. 4.Withholding of Documents: Original educational documents submitted during the joining process are never returned to the employees. 5.Substance Abuse: Housekeeping staff and office boys often consume alcohol and chew tobacco (gutka) during working hours. 6.Rudeness: Older employees are often rude and disrespectful to others, using informal and impolite language. 7.Surveillance: The office is heavily surveilled with CCTV cameras and microphones, leading to a feeling of being micromanaged. 8.Favoritism: The management only listens to older employees, even when they are wrong. This often results in new employees being fired or demoted. 9. Lack of Training: New employees are not provided with adequate training or support. If they ask for help, they are often treated rudely. 10. Exploitation: Some female employees are willing to do anything to keep their jobs, even if it means compromising their self-respect. 11. Jealousy and Dissatisfaction: Employees are constantly comparing their salaries and incentives with others, leading to resentment and dissatisfaction. 12.Salary Structure: Salaries are divided into two parts: a base salary and an incentive. 70:30 ratio based 13. Forced Service Agreements: Employees are required to sign a three-year service agreement upon joining. If they leave before the end of the term, the company threatens to send letters to their next potential employer to prevent them from being hired. 14.High Turnover: There is a high turnover rate among HR managers and new employees due to the toxic work environment and discrimination. 15. Delayed Payments: Conveyance allowances are often delayed by one or two months. 16. Gossiping and Bribery: Office boys often spread rumors and gossip. They can be bribed with small amounts of money to do favors or keep secrets. 17. Job Insecurity: Employees can be fired without any notice period. 18. Legal Harassment: The company hires legal advocates to harass employees. 19.Double Standards: New employees are criticized for speaking up about wrongdoings, while older employees can be rude to newcomers without facing any consequences. 20. Salary hold: Company can hold any employee salary for someones mistake, like account, leave not applied, missed punch, management. This is highly toxic and unprofessional workplace. The company appears to engage in several unfair labor practices, and the management seems more interested in protecting their own interests than in creating a positive work environment.

Wierd policy made by conventional old MD himself 4. Ask to sign bond, deducts salary always, has installed CCTV in every cabin, floors, canteen everywhere just to monitor and micromanage the employees. 5.
