d co. is open to innovation but most of senior staff's not co-operational in any manner work is ok no good work culture, lower level are very good

I donot heard about compensation, no work pressure, lot of work in verbal manner ok kaam chal jata hai, no appraisal

Narsingh Ispat is great place for learning. If you are starting your career then Narsingh Ispat can give you a good head start.

Facilities are very poor. Accomodation given by company is very bad and food also here is very poor.

It's nice to work here ,good environment.Many new things to learn.Friendly environment and good communication between senior and Juniors.HR team is also fulfilling many things, good support of them.

Salary should be time to time..... canteen could be better.

I really enjoyed working in the nursing ispat. and I am thankful that I was given the opportunity to work there and I gained great experience which prepared me for the future.

Actually enjoying going to my job every day! I love a little bit of everything — the planning, the communication with vendors, speakers and sponsors, the creative aspects, the cyclical nature of the job, and my co-workers.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but I feel that I could be growing faster and learning more if I were challenged more, which is one reason I’m looking to join a new company and take on a higher-level job now.
