there i no pleasurable job and cooperative staff members also cooperate directors but in some matter no support from director or hr, admin side that the minus points from my side but in some points company is tooo good

Narsingh Dass directors are very nice and very supportive . They freedom to staff in working . Seriously all directors are osam.

Dislikes

Sr . Old age staff working style is very poor. They support to junior staff . All time involved in dirty politics . Not seriously though about the company . Untill they will not retayed from the company till than company growth is very difficult. Should be changed in old age staff.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
