It is renowned educational entity but some aspects like newcomers, unaided staff are misguided and also harassed on the name of job security and their workload is increased purposely by taking undue advantage of situation. HOD's and seniors generally do not cooperate even on small things. Also they do not value any appreciation given by Principal, Parents and students for the efforts taken by any new teacher and staff. Performance appraisal is manipulated on insistence of HOD for having different views. Old Teachers and HOD dominate entire staff room and institute and misguide new teachers for getting their things done by hook or crook. Might is right is the philosophy followed by old and most of senior staff. If you want to survive in this institute you must be very diplomatic. Selfless and person with ethics have no place here, good people are always in trouble here.
