If you are a fresher do not ever think of going in this agency. Yes, there is a lot to learn but the cost is your mental health. As the time goes on you will certainly feel that you are loosing your confidence because of the constant screwing you get for anything you do, they won't even try to understand or appreciate the efforts you put in your work. Here are the things you will face here:- - The agency will expect you to be proactive but at the same time they will expect you to take permission for anything you do. - Superiors will say they are very reachable but in reality they are always busy and it is your mistake if you don't approach them even if they are busy. - For the learnings, there is no one to guide you and they expect you learn the things on your own and implement everything as you are an industry expert from the very beginning of your career. - If you do something you will get screwed, if you don't do anything you will get screwed and if you don't know what to do, of course you are going to get screwed. When it comes to the mental health this is the one place one should avoid at any cost. No hardships with the agency, but the management is very poor, everything is unplanned and unstructured and the employees are facing hard times because of this.
