This company was established for preventing River and marine life deterioration. for continuance improvement, company always engage in research and development work. adopting new technology, new concept. As a result, i get to visit different places in India for technical assessment work, inspection at client location. another plus point is that Narmada clean tech have build up very good team by arranging of various training program for individual development. inter department support is very friendly.

...tech is subsidiary company of Gujarat industrial development corporation (GIDC). Like other government sector, both the compensation and growth is slow. due to some extent of sycophancy always the unique employees suffer a lot. during project execution 24*7 hours straight working but no one can recognized. dedicated person always burden with overwork and overload but person whom nearer and dearer to higher authority enjoy with no work. so many employees are habitual with total comfortable zone and they are loose the dare some out of box thinking. as personally i always feel isolated even though completion of most of painstaking job.

Lot of disturbing factors like local politician's, sarpanch, unauthorized union, corruption, people do not want to work, violation of environmental norms. It's a PPE model, total misuse of taxpayers money. Full of corruption.
