Likes

Freedom to do work but in a limitation of time. If you do work in a discipline way, the management are good enough to you, if not then they make you learn in all the way by punishing you applying penalty on you. They also don't want to let you go.

They don't listen calmly to any point of view. Just what they say is 100% correct and as an employee you have to make it that way, which is actually wrong. Nobody in the world is 100% correct everytime.
