Promotion and facility not good . No yearly bonus.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. it's good for fresher's.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is too low and career growth is also slow.

...ful and good Medical College to join both as a student and as a working faculty. During this year's I got salary hike for two times in 3 years. That is 25% Hike from the basic salary.

Every organisations have pros and cons even this organisation has consumed but which are very much negligible.

...h students. But with the help of my senior faculty I have overcome on this fear. Coming to the college industry years I got salary hike for two times. Very good working environment. We have Laboratories present in the campus itself so it makes students easy to do their lab work. Less involvement of Administration is the main thing which I like in this organisation.

...aboratory in this college is good.as a fresher know one expects more then this. They provide salary in time. When can we expect Hike if he performs well. Nice environment for teaching. All in all it is one of the top medical colleges that we have in Andhra Pradesh.
