As a junior lecturer we learn a lot while clarifying students doubts correcting their mistakes etc. Apart from learning we can also have work-life balance as the college timings are fixed.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about Narayana Jr College is the salary and the other is there in no invocation,I mean they are more concerned about completing syllabus and score instead of subject understanding.

No job sureity..as no appointment orders.partiality towards only telugu people.tamil staffs were treated badly by the junior and senior college principal in Chennai branch. 9 hrs working daily.

It's very bad experiences with AGM and DGM, these people do not have well education. And management will keep a lot of pressure on teachers to getting admission by begging house to house these culture development well. All A. Is and AGM s have illegal affires with vice principals and in charges.so it's not correct work place for right persons.
